Registration Information
Only registrations* with full payment will be accepted; the cost is $300/participant. Limited availability, early registration deadline is December 31, 2016 or at 175 maximum for girls and 100 maximum for boys. After 12/31/16, the cost will be $400/ participant.
*Waiting list will be available via online registration. Payment will not be processed unless registration can be accepted.

Refund Policy
Due to contracts with our service providers, travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with the Coaching Staff, and operating expenses incurred prior to the camp start date, a full refund minus $50 processing fees, will be issued for cancellations made within 5 calendar days of registering. Must be in writing and received by the 5th day.
NO REFUNDS will be issued after 5 calendar days of registering.
In the case of an injury or illness prior to the camp start date, that would prohibit a participant from participating, a $100 partial refund will be given, if requested in writing, accompanied by a doctor’s note, and must be received no later than 3/2/17. NO REFUNDS will be issued for injuries or illnesses after 3/2/17.
