    Fields 15 and 17 

    Time: check in 1 hour before each day

    2/27/15: 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

    2/28/15: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm

    3/01/15: 9:00 am – 1:30 pm

     

    Registration Information:

    Only registrations with full payment will be accepted; the cost is $300/participant or $200/participant for non-residents of Oahu* (i.e. neighbor islands). Limited availability, registration deadline is January 15, 2015 or at 175 maximum for girls and 60 maximum for boys.  
    *Proof of non-Oahu residence may be required.
     
    If NOT a registered HYSA player, participant will need to complete Official HYSA Membership Form, Player Application at http://www.hawaiisoccer.com/default.aspx --> Clubs & Leagues --> Forms/Policies, copy of birth certificate and $20 payment payable to HYSA.
     
    Mail completed form, copy of birth certificate and $20 payment to:

    Refund Policy:  A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within 10 calendar days of registering.  Must be in writing and postmarked by the 10th day.  Written requests for refunds can be mailed to the above address.  NO REFUNDS will be issued after 10 calendar days of registering.
